Can I upgrade from a Snapshot to a Deep Dive later?
Yes — the £29.95 Snapshot price is credited towards a Deep Dive if you upgrade within 30 days.
What's your refund policy?
Because reports are digital and delivered quickly, refunds aren't available once a report has been produced. Full details are in our Terms.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices shown are as currently charged. If VAT registration status changes, this page will be updated to state so explicitly.
Is there a contract for the monthly care plans?
Care plans are billed monthly. A 12-month minimum term applies only when a care plan is bundled with a website rebuild.
