These terms apply whenever you order a service from SeenByAI, a trading name of Lee Kelly ("we", "us"), a sole trader based at 47 Baring Street, South Shields, Tyne and Wear NE33 2DR, United Kingdom.

Our services

We provide AI visibility audits, schema/structured-data packs, website rebuilds, and ongoing AI Visibility Care plans, as described on our pricing page at the time of order.

Ordering & payment

Orders are placed via our contact form or checkout process. Payment is due before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are as stated on the pricing page at the time of order.

Delivery

Typical turnaround times are confirmed at the point of order and vary by package. We'll let you know as soon as possible if a delay is expected.

Refunds

Because our audit reports are digital deliverables produced specifically for your website, we are unable to offer a refund once a report has been completed and delivered. If you have a concern about the quality or accuracy of a delivered report, contact us at support@dgdpublishing.co.uk and we will work with you to resolve it. Monthly Care plans can be cancelled at any time unless bundled with a rebuild under a minimum term, in which case the minimum term applies.

What you can do with the deliverables

Reports and schema/JSON-LD code supplied to you are for use on your own website and business only. They may not be resold or redistributed to third parties.

No guaranteed outcome

AI search tools are operated by third parties and change frequently. While we aim to measurably improve your AI visibility based on evidence and current best practice, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, mentions, or outcomes in any AI system, search engine, or directory.

Liability

Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
